Tommy Lively began his career in Poultry on his family’s Breeder Hen Farm in Georgia. After graduating from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1993 he joined Con Agra Poultry and held positions with Broilers, Breeders, and the Hatchery. After leaving Con Agra, he joined Fieldale Farms where he managed a 20 house breeder farm for 11 years. In 2008 Tommy joined Cobb-Vantress as a Breeder Service Technician. In 2010 he became the Manager at the Cleveland Hatchery a position he held until December 2017 when he joined the World Technical Support Team as a Hatchery Specialist.
